Therapy Rates:

I charge $250 per 50-minute hour, for individuals and dyads/couples.

Sliding Scale:

I have a limited number of sliding scale spots available. Please note that these spots tend to fill up quickly, and stay occupied for a while. Please contact me if you have questions about the availability of sliding scale services. I also discuss fees during the initial consultation, prior to beginning therapy services.

Insurance:

I am unable to accept insurance payments for services at this time. Clients may seek insurance reimbursement, however that is the responsibility of the client to manage. I can create a superbill that clients may submit to their insurance company to be reimbursed.

Not all insurance plans cover out-of-network mental health services. If you seek insurance reimbursement, please contact your insurance company ahead of time to find out their reimbursement rates for out-of-network therapists. Also be sure to ask if they cover services provided by associate-level therapists (i.e. therapists still working towards full licensure).

Unfortunately insurance networks are not provider-friendly when it comes to mental health services. There are a lot of administrative hoops to jump through, and then there are issues with low reimbursement rates, lost payments, mandatory diagnoses, etc. It is not sustainable for for me as a provider to work with insurance companies at this time.
